Taking into consideration each client’s strategy, we search and screen the market to identify potential acquisition targets, coordinate due diligence processes, produce valuation analysis of target businesses and develop and implement acquisition alternatives and financial structures that best suits our client’s requirements. We support our clients throughout the entire process of negotiations, determining the future shareholding structure, as well as the commercial terms of the transaction to maximize our clients objectives.
A typical Buy-side process may include:
- Mapping the wider market and screening for potential targets;
- Information gathering and analyses of the potential targets;
- Identifying and contacting target opportunities;
- Valuation analysis of potential targets;
- Determination and execution of the negotiation strategy;
- Due diligence process coordination;
- Negotiation of the terms of the transaction (MOU, SPA, etc.);
